What’s your “Summer Glow” story this year?
This summer, I just arrived in Newport with my kids, soaking up some sun and time in nature while also launching something I’m incredibly proud of: the Strong Choices Hormone Certification Course. It’s designed for coaches and women who want to master their hormones, support other women, or simply take their health to the next level. While I’m dialing things back just a bit to really be present with my family during these warmer months, I’m still making space to share travel wellness tips, hormone insights, and reminders to prioritize the little things—like daily movement, meditation, and enjoying real food.
How does your brand or message reflect your California energy, even if you're not based there?
Even though I’m not based in California, my brand absolutely reflects that bold, breezy, freedom-loving energy. Strong Choices is about trusting yourself, owning your voice, and feeling good in your body, without rigid rules or fear-based health trends. There’s a grounded confidence that runs through everything I create, and I think that mirrors the kind of reinvention and vitality people associate with the California lifestyle.
How are you showing up more boldly or intentionally this summer, online or in real life?
This summer, I’m showing up with more intention by staying connected to my audience through honest conversations—whether that’s on social media, in my programs, or during quiet moments shared over email. I’m focusing less on perfection and more on presence, because I want women to see that leadership and wellness don’t have to come at the cost of joy, family, or rest.
What’s one message you want other women to know about beauty, wellness, or personal leadership in 2025?
If I could share one message with other women right now, it would be this: beauty and wellness aren’t about fixing yourself—they’re about coming home to yourself. In 2025, personal leadership starts with knowing your body, owning your choices, and creating a life that reflects your values. The more we support each other in doing that, the more powerful we all become.
