My name is Denise (AKA: Deni) Supplee, I am co-founder of Coinvesting Club by Spark Rental where we help everyday people build passive income through real estate investing, and work toward financial independence. I'm also an active, licensed Realtor and property manager with Long and Foster in Pennsylvania. I’ve been licensed and have worked in the real estate industry, in many facets for over 35 years. My story is below.

I’ve been blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit from the very beginning. Even without finishing high school, I found success—and I credit much of that to my father. He drilled one belief into me early on: if you want something, go after it. Never let anything stop you. Failures aren’t endings; they’re lessons.

That mindset carried me forward and opened doors. It gave me the confidence to own several businesses and to build a career doing what I love most...real estate and helping others.

In my last role working for someone else, I spent nearly 14 years learning how to use technology to make life easier for real estate investors. Toward the end of that chapter, a close friend I had worked alongside approached me about starting something new together. I was 55 at the time, and I remember thinking, Am I too old to start over?

But that familiar voice, the one my father planted years ago, came right back: Never let anything stop you.

So, I went for it. And that leap became the Spark Rental Co-Investing Club.

Today, we help people invest in real estate passively, with minimum investments starting at $5,000. That lower entry point allows investors to diversify, manage risk more thoughtfully, and participate in opportunities they might otherwise think are out of reach.

Now, at almost 65 years old, I can honestly say I love my life.

I have five incredible kids, fourteen grandkids, a supportive husband, and the privilege of living my passion every single day; helping others build wealth through real estate.

I truly believe it’s never too late. Obstacles aren’t roadblocks; they’re resistance training. Being a woman was once considered an obstacle. I pushed through it. Then came ageism and I pushed through that too.

Persistence overcomes resistance. I live by that.

If you have a dream, don’t wait for permission. Don’t wait for the “right” time. Go for it.
