SalesNexus has been the CRM sales people love for over 20 years. We’ve always been self funded and growing organically. It’s been a challenging journey competing with massive brands like Salesforce and Hubspot!
Our mission has always been to help businesses succeed by helping their sales teams focus on building strong human to human relationships based on trust.
After 20 years, we're introducing a completely rebuilt version of our CRM and Marketing Automation platform that's completely infused with AI. It's taken all the resources we have available and we chose not to raise money to do it.
Now we're doubling down by going against the public LLM approach and using our own, self hosted LLM to offer our customers privacy and trust. We believe that business users are largely ignorant of how AI really works but, that over time, businesses will evolve to value the privacy of working with an AI they can control and doesn’t share their data with others. We believe that businesses will come to think of their AI as a strategic asset that they need to be in control of.
But, more importantly, the new SalesNexus is the only full featured CRM and Marketing Automation solution that leverages AI specifically to help sales people do what they do all day long: Make calls, take notes on calls, send follow up emails, schedule appointments and update their sales pipeline.
Nexi, the SalesNexus AI for Sales, does all of that for the sales person so that the sales person’s focus can remain on their customer.
Prior to starting SalesNexus, I was the VP of Sales for a couple of energy service companies, where we had long sales cycles, big multi-million dollar deals and lots of ‘influencers’ involved in each deal. I learned that establish trust and engaging each influencer in a deal was crucial.
And, I learned that most people don’t trust salespeople naturally… That means asking questions and listening to customers is crucial. We’ve built suggested questions directly into the salesperson’s workflow in the new SalesNexus powered by Nexi AI.
My belief is that organizations using AI and other tools to automate everything and remove human to human relationships as much as possible inevitably will find themselves in a race to the bottom in terms of price and customer loyalty.
SalesNexus wants to help businesses that want to maximize engagement with their customers so that they can help their customers in ways technology never will. That’s what we try to do at SalesNexus. Every customer is a growing business that could change the world and we want to help them in that journey.
We’re also partnering with sales training organizations to embed world class sales expertise into our platform so that even new salespeople with zero experience and no prior sales training are guided toward best practices that build and strengthen relationships. It’s amazing how Nexi, our AI, can use a company’s sales playbook when it makes recommendations to be as good as if their top producing sales person wrote them but, of course, they are instant and automatic.
We see SalesNexus expanding it’s product offerings in several exciting areas over the coming months. We’ll be introducing amazing new mobile capabilities - think of it as Siri for sales people, on your phone. And we’ll be automating the process of creating, testing and optimizing marketing campaigns in ways that are just amazing. I can’t wait to unleash these new tools on the world.

Though all of this, we’re not looking to take over the CRM world and be the biggest. We only expect to maintain our industry leading average customer lifetime of over 6 years. Most of our competitors keep their customers for only 2.5 years. We think that when we engage with customers personally and help them implement our solution in their business and get it right the first time, that leads them to be greater success in their business and they stay with SalesNexus far longer. That’s the most rewarding part of what we do: Building loyal customer relationships.
